The Transducers are front-sealing. The type GP2 and GP6 have the same front sealing rings.

Accessories are available with the transducers and as spare parts from ROTEQ.

Such are Sealing Rings, Piezo Input Cable (Microdot to BNC) and Measuring cables (BNC - BNC).

We also provide Dummies (Plugs) for the GP Series of Transducers.

Installation Tool Kit with Torque Wrench for correct mounting of the Transducers and

Drilling Tool Kit for the correct machining of the Transducer Ports can be supplied.

Each transducer comes with a Calibration Certificate, 20 Sealing Rings and a Plastic Storage Box.

 

The GP Series of Transducers is made with Gallium Phosphate Technology.

Gallium Phosphate has some advantages against the common Quartz elements.

 Thermal stability up to 970 C

 Excellent stability of piezoelectric constant over a wide pressure range

 Twice the sensitivity of tourmaline and quartz

 No pyroelectricity

 Stable material quality due to industrial crystal growth process

And, after some time you may want to calibrate the Transducers:

We have an advanced Calibration System to calibrate the Transducers against a Reference Transducer.

Measuring Range: up to 1000 MPa (10 000 bar)

System Accuracy: 0.2% based on reference transducer

Duration of one calibration cycle: approx. one minute
